GET /v1/digest. agents, waiting.awaiting_approval, waiting.awaiting_answer, waiting.budget_paused, failed and recent are each { data, has_more }, cut at a cap. Past a cap, page client.agents.list or client.sessions.list. channels.data holds each agent’s channel session. Needs sessions:read and agents:read.
