vetta identity legal - Naive

Legal resources belong to a persona, so every command takes --identity. Reached as vetta identity legal <command> — three words, where legal is a sub-group rather than a positional argument. See Legal for the model and the Legal API for the wire shapes.

--identity takes either an idn_ id or the persona’s name; the API resolves both. On a deployment with no legal provider bound, every command answers 501 feature_not_configured.

Flag	Description
`--members`	JSON array of members (required). Exactly one `primary`, exactly one responsible party, ownership summing to 100.

The members are validated locally before the request; a malformed list exits 2. Prints the case; the primary member’s link_url is set on this response only.

Flag	Description
`--company`	JSON body of the formation (required); validated locally. A bad field exits `2` naming it (`usage: --company: state — …`).

The fee is debited from the organization’s credits before anything is filed; a short balance answers 402 insufficient_credits — the code is the first line on stderr and the exit code is 1, as for every API refusal.
