This is the agency with the specialism left out, which is the point — you get the machine and you point it at the work you sell. A public site whose enquiry form writes straight into the CRM, a workspace per client, and two agents above them: a sales agent that researches each lead, works the board and assembles the proposal, and a client manager that onboards everyone who goes active and keeps their calendar honest. Both read the agency mailbox. Neither can send from it without you.
