What a bill is made of

Four components, each on your spend breakdown under its own name. Two are quoted before they run and two are metered from what they used.

• Per token, five tiers

  Model inference

  Input, cached reads, cache writes, output and reasoning are metered as five disjoint tiers, at the tariff for the completion window the request asked for.

• Per second, while running

  Computer

  vCPU and memory on what the machine was given. Nothing to create one, nothing while it sleeps, and the boot disk is inside the allowance, so a computer waiting between turns meters nothing at all.

• Per call

  Web tools

  Priced from what the provider charged, so a web call is booked after it runs. A fetch your domain policy refuses is stopped before the request and costs nothing.

• What the job cost

  Media generation

  Billed once per finished job, at its real cost, a render cannot be quoted before it runs, so it is admitted against the headroom under the agent's per-task cap instead. A job that fails is not billed.

The rates

A session’s computer is 1 vCPU / 1 GiB, so a full hour of it running is $0.0504 + $0.0162 = $0.0666, and an agent waiting between turns is metered for nothing.

The completion windowis the biggest lever.

The same model at a different window is a different price, and you choose it per request. Pay the interactive tariff only when a person is waiting. Overnight work runs on loose for materially less.

Questions

How does the free trial work?

Standard starts with 7 days free and $10 of credit to try it on. You add a card when you start so nothing interrupts your agents when the trial ends; cancel any time before day 7 and you are not charged. After that it is $20 a month with the full $20 of credit. One trial per organization and per person, on Standard only.

What happens when the included credit runs out?

Your agents keep working on the prepaid balance. Top it up any time and usage is billed at the same published rates, per call and per second, with nothing charged for a computer that is sitting still.

Can I switch between Standard and Pro?

Yes. Both plans run the same platform at the same rates; the only difference is the credit each paid month includes — $20 on Standard, $200 on Pro. Upgrade to Pro from the Billing page and it takes effect at once; move back to Standard and it takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.

What happens to credit I don't use?

It rolls over. Each paid month adds the plan's included credit to your organization's prepaid balance, alongside anything you top up, and it never expires. Your spend breakdown shows exactly what has been used.
