An AI market research agency answers a client's questions about their market with sourced reports: how big it is, who else is in it, and what customers say. You approve every report before it leaves.
What is an AI market research agency?
It is a ready-made naïve company. One deploy hires an agent team and installs the default apps: a CRM for your clients, a calendar for deliverables and meetings, and the SEO and Ads apps for your own marketing.
The team splits the work six ways:
- Sales. Finds and follows up with companies that need research, and drafts every email for you to approve.
- Client manager. Turns each client's question into a brief, and keeps the CRM and calendar true.
- Desk researcher. Sizes the market from named public sources, with the working shown.
- Competitor analyst. Tears down each competitor: product, pricing, positioning and what changed.
- Voice-of-customer analyst. Reads public reviews and forums and sorts what customers praise and complain about.
- Marketing. Writes your own site and posts, so prospects can see the kind of work you do.
Three agencies it could run:
- Startup research. Market sizing for founders writing a plan or a pitch.
- Competitive intelligence. A monthly teardown of the same five competitors.
- Product research. What customers say about a category, before a client builds in it.
Set it up in four steps
1Deploy the template
Tap Deploy on this page. You make your naïve account on the way. The team and the default apps are installed together.
2Add your first client and their question
Add the client to the CRM. The client manager writes a brief from their question, and books the deadline in the calendar.
What does this client want to know first?
The researchers read the brief before every task, so they answer the question the client asked.
- How big is the market?
- Who are the main competitors?
- What do customers say about the category?
- All three, as one report
3Agents research the brief
The desk researcher, the competitor analyst and the voice-of-customer analyst each take their part of the brief. Their notes are saved to that client's files with every source attached.
4Approve before a report leaves
The client manager drafts the report from the saved notes. It waits for you with the sources attached. Read it, then allow or hold.

What should an AI market research agency sell?
One clear report for one kind of client. Ten that work:
- Market sizing. How big a market is, from the top down and the bottom up.
- Competitor teardowns. Product, pricing and positioning, per competitor.
- Pricing studies. What everyone in a category charges, and for what.
- Review digests. What customers praise and complain about, sorted.
- Monthly watch reports. What changed at five competitors this month.
- Launch research. Who else sells what a client is about to launch.
- Investor backgrounds. The market section of a pitch, with sources.
- Category maps. Every player in a niche, grouped by approach.
- Feature comparisons. What each competitor's product does and does not do.
- Switching studies. Why customers say they left one product for another.
Can an AI market research agency make money?
It can, if your reports are faster than hiring a researcher and every figure holds up when checked.
| Model | How it earns | The catch |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed report | A set fee for one report on one question. | You must agree the question before you start. |
| Monthly watch | A set fee for a report every month. | It has to say something new each time. |
| Report bundles | A price for a sizing, a teardown and a digest together. | Easy to compare, easy to undercut. |
naïve does not find clients for you. The team researches the questions you bring, and Sales helps you reach more. A report is only as good as its sources, so read them before you allow it.
What does your first week look like?
- Day 1. Deploy, add one client and write down their question.
- Day 3. Read the notes as they come in. Check a few sources yourself.
- Day 7. Approve the first report. Book the next one in the calendar.

Questions
Can I deploy the market research agency today?
Yes. Tap Deploy on this page. The team, the CRM, the calendar and the other default apps are set up in one step.
Where do the numbers come from?
Public sources the researchers can name: filings, published reports, review sites, pricing pages and the like. Every figure in a report carries its source. A number the team cannot source is left out or marked as an estimate with its working shown.
Can one client's research end up in another client's report?
No. A chat works for one client from the moment it opens that client's record. It sees only that client's files and saves files tagged to that client. Work for another client starts in a chat of its own.
Will the team send reports without me?
No. Every report and every email waits for your approval. Nothing reaches a client before you allow it.
