- Just your CEO
Get Paid is the simplest way to sell something online: one page, one button, and the money in your own Stripe account.
Set it up in four steps
1Deploy the template
Pick Get Paid and answer four questions: your name, a product or a service, what it is called and how much it costs.
2Check your page
Your CEO writes the page and sends you the link. Ask for any change in plain words.
3Connect Stripe
Press Connect Stripe in the Products app. It takes about ten minutes. Stripe asks who you are and where to send your money.
4Share your link
Your product is on the page with a Buy or Book button. Send the link to someone. See who paid in the Products app.
What should you sell from one page?
Anything one button can sell.
- A service. A consult, a lesson, a design review. The button says Book.
- A product. A print, a digital file, something you post. The button says Buy, and Stripe can ask for a shipping address.
- A tip or a deposit. Leave the price blank and the payer chooses the amount.
Start with one thing. Add more when someone asks for it.
Can one simple page make money?
It can, if you have something people already want and a way to reach them. The page does not find buyers. It takes away the reason they could not pay you: no site, no checkout, no invoice. Nothing here promises a sale.
Stripe charges its own fees on each payment, and you see them in your Stripe account.
The honest test is one real person paying you once. Send the link to someone who has already asked what you charge. If they pay, you have a business to grow. If they do not, you have spent an afternoon, and you can change the words, the price or the thing itself by asking in the chat.
What does your first day look like?
Most of it is waiting for Stripe, and the rest takes a few minutes.
- Your page goes live first. It has your name and one line about what you do. Until Stripe is ready it says payments open soon, so you can already see it and share it.
- You connect Stripe. You press one button and follow Stripe's own pages. Have your ID and bank details ready. Stripe may check them for a few minutes, or sometimes a day or two.
- Your first product appears. Tell your CEO Stripe is done. It reads the status for itself, asks you to approve the product, and it shows on your page.
- You share the link. Put it in your bio, send it in a message, or print it on a card.
What else can you ask for?
The site belongs to you, and you change it by asking your CEO. It starts as one page, and it can grow into whatever you want.
- New words. "Say I reply within a day." The CEO changes it and tells you when it is live.
- A new look. "Make it warmer", "use a dark background", or "put the products in a grid".
- New pages. "Add an about page and a contact page."
- Your own domain. Name it, and your CEO connects it.
- An invoice. "Invoice Acme for October, due in 14 days." Stripe emails it, reminds them and marks it paid.
- Who paid. Ask, or open the Products app, which lists the last 30 days.
What it will not do
- It will not take money out of your account, refund a buyer or pay anyone. Those are yours, in Stripe.
- It will not make a product or send an invoice without your approval. Changes to your website go live when you ask for them.
- It will not promise a buyer a date or a result you did not give it.
- It does not find customers for you. That part is still yours.
The week it runs
Get Paid has no released repository behind it yet.
When it ships, its timers are read from the release and printed here — the hour each one fires and the message it opens with. This page prints no schedule it has not read.
The Agent Team
The 1 agents this template intends to run. Nothing is published behind it yet, so this roster is the catalogue's and not a release's.
ceo
Writes your site, makes what you sell on your own Stripe account, and tells you who paid.
Your CEO
What it ships
A template is a repo: the apps below, their server, and a naive.config.ts declaring the agent team. Clone it, bind it to your organization, bring it up.
Get Paid has no released repository behind it yet, so there is no build to describe. The apps it intends to deploy are website.
Questions
Do I need a website, a store or any code?
No. The template gives you the page and its address. You answer four questions, and your CEO writes the page from your answers. To change it later, ask in plain words.
Where does the money go?
To your own Stripe account. You connect it with one button, and Stripe asks who you are and where to send your money. Naive never holds your payments or asks for your card or bank details in chat.
How do I add or change what I sell?
Open the Products app beside the chat. Press Add a product, type a name and a price, and its button is on your page within a minute, with no deploy. Stopping or repricing a product is also there.
Can your CEO charge people or refund on its own?
No. It asks you before it makes a product or sends an invoice, and it cannot refund or pay out at all. Refunds and payouts are yours, in Stripe.
