Run an Online Store with Agents

Everything a store needs to start, run and grow, with agents that run it for you: listings, prices, posts, support and orders. You approve anything that costs money.

The Low Hours, a demo store

What the agents do

Four agents and your CEO run the store day to day. They work in plain sight, and nothing that spends money happens without you.

  • Write listings

    merchandiser

Titles, descriptions and photos, from your own facts and photos. Nothing goes live until you say so.

  • Set prices

    merchandiser

Prices each product above your margin floor. Code refuses a price under it.

  • Ads and social

    marketer

Makes posts and short videos of the real product, and discount codes. Every post waits for your OK.

  • Customer support

    store-manager

Answers customer email from the store's inbox: where is my order, sizes, returns.

  • Orders and fulfilment

    store-manager

Checks new orders twice a day and adds tracking. A supplier is only paid when you press Send.

  • Report back

    analyst

A weekly report: sales, conversion, best sellers and what is running low.

Everything a store needs

The parts you would set up on any store platform, ready on day one.

  • Storefront

Your theme, your pages, your words. Ask for a change in plain English.

  • Products

Options like size and colour, each with its own price and stock.

  • Cart and checkout

A cart of several items and guest checkout, with a receipt.

  • Payments

On your own payment account. The money goes straight to you.

  • Domain

Starts on a free address. Name your own domain and it is connected for you.

  • Orders

Paid, shipped with tracking, delivered. Refunds are yours to give.

  • Discounts

Percent-off and free-shipping codes, under caps you set.

  • Shipping

Zones with a flat rate and free shipping over an amount.

For now: US dollars only, and no customer accounts, gift cards or subscriptions.

How it starts

  1. 01

    Deploy the template

Answer a few questions: what you sell, where you ship and what the store is called.

  2. 02

    Set up payments, add products

Payments are one button. Add your products, or send photos and facts and the merchandiser writes them up.

  3. 03

    Go live

The store opens on its own address. The agents run it day to day, and you approve anything that costs money.

Questions

  • Is this a Shopify store?

No. It is your own store, hosted on Naive, with checkout on your own payment account. There is no monthly store fee on top of your plan.

  • Can I dropship with it?

Yes. List a supplier's products and the agents run the store around them. When an order is paid, you send it to the supplier with one button. No agent can pay a supplier or refund a customer on its own.

  • Can my store look like one of the demo stores?

Close to it. Your store's theme sets its colours, words and pages. Tell your CEO which demo you like, and the store manager sets yours up in that style with your own products.

  • What does it not do yet?

It sells in US dollars only. There are no customer accounts, gift cards or subscriptions yet, and you ship with your own carrier.
