# Create Session

> POST /v1/users/:user_id/sessions — TTL'd per-user MCP session.

Returns `{ id, expires_at, mcp: { url, headers, expires_at } }`. The bearer is in
`mcp.headers.Authorization`, never the URL. See [Sessions](/docs/architecture/sessions).
